It is strictly forbidden to place any passenger between the driver and the handlebars of the motorcycle. The passenger must always travel in the corresponding seat behind the driver, astride and with their feet resting on the footpegs. In addition, as a general rule, children under 12 years of age cannot travel on a motorcycle. Exceptionally, those over 7 years old can do so if the driver is their father, mother, guardian, or authorized person.
