The generic maximum speed for motorcycles and passenger cars on conventional roads is 90 km/h. Currently, it is no longer allowed to exceed this limit by 20 km/h to overtake. Therefore, if the car in front of you is already traveling at the maximum allowed speed of 90 km/h, you are not allowed to overtake it.
