Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

According to the General Traffic Regulations, the use of an approved helmet is mandatory for cyclists when riding on interurban roads. However, the rule allows specific exceptions due to the physical nature of the activity. They are exempt from wearing it: 1) On long upward slopes (due to the intense physical effort and low speed), 2) For certified medical reasons, and 3) In extreme heat conditions. Therefore, 'When climbing long uphill sections' is the correct answer.
