If the result of the Technical Vehicle Inspection (ITV) is favorable, what actions must you take?

When the ITV result is favorable, it means the vehicle meets the technical conditions required to be on the road. The regulations require two actions together: Place the V-19 sticker: It must be placed in the upper right corner of the windshield (on the inside). This specific location is chosen to reduce the driver's visibility as little as possible and to make quick visual checks easier for officers. On vehicles without a windshield (such as motorcycles), it must be placed in a clearly visible spot. Carry the ITV card: The technical inspection card or technical specification sheet, duly completed (stamped) or accompanied by the inspection report, must be carried in the vehicle to legally prove its validity if requested by the police. Carrying only the sticker is not enough, nor is placing it anywhere else on the glass.
