If we buy a new motorcycle and register it today, when must we have it pass its first roadworthiness test (ITV)?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Roadworthiness tests (ITV) of motorcycles are compulsory to ensure that the vehicle meets safety requirements. A new motorcycle is exempt from this inspection during the first four years from its initial registration. After this four-year period, the ITV must be carried out every two years. The date of first registration can be found on the vehicle registration certificate.
