Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The use of a protective helmet is mandatory and fundamental for both the driver and the passenger of the motorcycle. In the event of an accident, its effectiveness in preventing serious head injuries is exactly the same for both occupants. It is important to remember that the driver is legally responsible if the passenger does not wear a helmet. Both must wear it correctly fastened and adjusted.
