Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

According to the General Traffic Regulations, drivers and passengers of motorcycles and mopeds, whether two-wheeled, three-wheeled, or quadricycles, must properly use approved or certified protective helmets when traveling on both urban and interurban roads. Gloves are a very important recommended passive safety element, but they are not legally mandatory for the passenger. A reflective vest is also not a mandatory garment for riding on the bike, although it is recommended to improve visibility.
