If you have held a class A license for more than two years and have just obtained a class B license, what is the maximum permitted breath alcohol level when driving a car?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The correct answer is 0.25 mg/l. To determine the alcohol limit, the time held is counted from the date on which the first driving license was obtained (in this case, the A license). Since you have held the A license for more than two years, you are not considered a novice driver for alcohol purposes. Therefore, the general limit of 0.25 mg/l in exhaled air (0.50 g/l in blood) applies to you, and not the reduced limit for novice drivers (0.15 mg/l).
