Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Every driver who obtains their first driving license is considered a novice for one year. During this period, the V-13 sign (the plate with the letter L) must be displayed on the rear of the vehicle. This obligation falls on the driver, regardless of whether they are the owner of the vehicle or not. The plate must be placed in a visible location to warn other users.
