How should we act if we witness an accident but are not involved?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Every road user who witnesses or is involved in a traffic accident has a legal and moral obligation to provide assistance. We must stop safely, protect the area, and request help from emergency services. We will only be exempt from stopping if help is already organized and our presence is not necessary. Under no circumstances should a helmet be removed from an injured motorcyclist, unless the proper technique is known and it is strictly necessary for their breathing.
