If you witness a traffic accident while driving, are you obliged to help or attend to the injured?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Anyone who witnesses or is involved in a traffic accident is obliged to provide help, provided there is no risk to themselves or third parties. Failure to do so constitutes a crime of omission of the duty to provide assistance defined in the Criminal Code. However, we will not be obliged to stop if help is already organized or if law enforcement officers have arrived. If direct help cannot be provided, urgent assistance must be requested.
