Is parking on the sidewalk correct?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

As a general rule, stopping and parking on sidewalks, promenades and other areas intended for pedestrians is totally prohibited. These areas are reserved exclusively for the safe movement of pedestrians. However, in some municipalities there are specific local ordinances that may regulate and allow motorcycles to park on sidewalks under certain conditions. If there is no such express ordinance, the prohibition is absolute.
