Is it permitted to throw cigarette butts or any similar object onto the road or its vicinity from the vehicle?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

No, under no circumstances. The General Traffic Regulations strictly prohibit throwing onto the road or in its vicinity any object that could lead to fires (such as lit cigarette butts) or endanger road safety (obstacles). This action carries a serious penalty and the loss of 6 points from the driving license, as it not only pollutes but also poses a deadly danger to other road users and the environment.
