Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

According to the Road Safety Law, responsibility is assigned based on the nature of the offense. The vehicle owner (the registered holder) is responsible for offenses related to documentation (ITV, compulsory insurance, vehicle registration certificate) and the state of conservation of the vehicle (tires, lights, etc.), as it is their duty to keep the vehicle roadworthy. In contrast, the driver is responsible for offenses resulting from their driving behavior.
