Which special vehicles are exempt from the requirement of having two installed dipped-beam (short-range) headlights?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

General vehicle regulations state that special vehicles must have lighting to drive on public roads. However, there is a specific exception: motocultores (walking tractors or tillers directed by a pedestrian operator) are exempt from having dipped-beam headlights provided they are not authorized to drive at night or in low visibility conditions. In contrast, agricultural tractors and tourist trains, being larger vehicles, are required to have lighting and optical signaling devices, including dipped-beam headlights, to ensure road safety.
