Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

As a general rule, children under twelve years of age cannot travel as passengers on mopeds and motorcycles. There is an exception that allows children over seven to travel if the driver is their parent, guardian, or authorized adult. Therefore, a child under seven years of age is strictly prohibited from traveling as a passenger on a motorcycle under any circumstances. In addition, the passenger must always wear an approved helmet and use the corresponding seat.
