Where and how should a pet travel inside the vehicle to ensure driving safety?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

According to the General Traffic Regulations (Art. 18.1), the driver is obliged to maintain freedom of movement, the necessary field of vision, and constant attention to driving. To guarantee this, animals must be properly placed so that there is no interference with the driver. The correct answer implies that the pet must be in a place where it does not interfere (physically or visually separated) and be well secured (using approved harnesses, divider grilles, or carriers). The other options are incorrect: simply using a human seat belt is ineffective and dangerous without a specific harness, and carrying it in the front seat (especially with an active airbag) poses a serious risk of distraction and fatal injury to the animal in the event of an accident.
