When carrying a passenger on a motorcycle, where must the passenger be seated?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The General Traffic Regulations establish that, on motorcycles, the passenger must always ride on the corresponding seat located behind the driver. It is strictly prohibited to carry the passenger between the driver and the handlebars or on the fuel tank, since this interferes with the driver's freedom of movement, affects the balance of the vehicle and obstructs vision, seriously endangering road safety. The passenger must sit astride with their feet resting on the side footrests.
