Is it permitted for a moped to circulate on public roads while towing a trailer or semitrailer?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Yes, regulations allow mopeds (as well as motorcycles) to tow a trailer or semitrailer, but the following conditions must be strictly met: 1) Circulation must take place during the day and with good visibility. 2) The speed must be reduced by 10% relative to the applicable generic limit. 3) The mass of the trailer must not exceed 50% of the unladen mass of the towing vehicle. 4) No persons may be transported in the trailer. If any of these conditions are not met (e.g., it is night), towing is prohibited.
