What color must the V-1 luminous signal of police vehicles be when traveling in emergency service?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The correct answer is Blue. According to current regulations (modification of the General Vehicle Regulations), the V-1 luminous signal, intended for all priority vehicles (police, fire fighting, civil protection and rescue, and healthcare assistance), must be blue. Previously, only the police used blue and ambulances/firefighters used auto-yellow, but this was changed to avoid confusion. 'Auto-yellow' corresponds to the V-2 signal, used for vehicles that constitute an obstacle on the road or for road works (garbage trucks, tractors, special transports). 'Red' is not used as a rotating priority signal in Spain.
