How must the driver of a collective transport vehicle act if a passenger fails to comply with the established rules?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

In passenger transport, the driver is the highest authority responsible for ensuring safety and order inside the vehicle. If a passenger fails to comply with the rules (e.g., aggressive behavior, disturbing other users, or endangering safety), the driver is empowered to prohibit their entry. If the passenger is already inside, the driver must require them to disembark. Ignoring the situation is dangerous and irresponsible, and limiting oneself to a verbal warning may be insufficient in the face of serious non-compliance.
