What must drivers of animal-drawn vehicles avoid at all times regarding the movement of their animals?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

General Traffic Regulations stipulate that drivers of animal-drawn vehicles must maintain control of them at all times to ensure road safety. The correct answer is that they must avoid letting their animals run freely. If animals run without control, they may unexpectedly invade the roadway, get scared, or run over pedestrians, creating high-risk situations. Regarding the other options: Going too slow: This is not something to avoid, as these vehicles naturally travel at low speeds and, in fact, must drive on the right hard shoulder if it is passable and sufficient. Stopping for a long time: Parking or stopping is permitted as long as it is done in designated areas and does not obstruct traffic or visibility.
