Must motorcycles and tricycles display the V-13 signal (novice driver plate)?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Yes, it is mandatory during the first year after obtaining the first driving license. The regulations state that it must be placed on the rear of the vehicle in a visible location (without specifying left or right as in cars). Furthermore, it is important to remember that the dimensions of the 'L' plate for motorcycles and three-wheeled vehicles are smaller (100 mm x 130 mm) than those for passenger cars (150 mm x 195 mm).
