What does a flashing vertical white illuminated bar indicate on a traffic light reserved for buses?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

In traffic lights reserved for specific vehicles (such as buses and taxis), the signals consist of white bars on a black background. A fixed vertical bar allows proceeding straight ahead (equivalent to green). However, when this vertical bar is flashing, the meaning changes: it is equivalent to a fixed yellow (amber) light in a standard traffic light. This means the driver must stop safely (before the stop line or the signal), unless they are so close to the stopping point that braking abruptly would cause a dangerous situation. It does not indicate permission to turn (oblique bars would do that) nor does it allow proceeding freely.
