This is the S-11 sign (One-way street). It is crucial to distinguish its shape: since it is square, it is an indication (information) sign, not a strict mandatory maneuver sign like the round ones. This sign informs you that on the roadway ahead, traffic flows in a single direction, and driving in the opposite direction is prohibited. Key difference: If the sign were round (R-400), it would mandate going straight, preventing turns. Since it is square (S-11), it does permit changing direction (turning left or right) and changing lanes, provided no other specific sign prohibits it.
