The answer is a definitive No. In Spain, it is strictly prohibited to drive with tinted or colored windows that are not duly approved (homologated). Homologation certifies that the material meets the technical requirements for safety and minimum transparency.  Additionally, you must remember two key rules regarding tinted windows: Placement: Even if approved, they are only allowed on the rear side windows and the rear windshield. Never on the front windshield or front side windows (except for specific medical reasons or official vehicles). Mirrors: If you have tinted rear windows, the vehicle is required to have two external rear-view mirrors (left and right).
