Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The General Traffic Regulations establish specific exemptions for seatbelt use solely on urban roads. Among them are taxi drivers, but only when they are on duty. Drivers performing reversing or parking maneuvers, and delivery drivers making frequent stops for loading and unloading, are also exempt in the city. Regarding the other options: pregnant women must wear it unless they have a medical certificate stating otherwise, and minors must always use the appropriate child restraint system. Important: On interurban roads, taxi drivers are required to wear it.
