Is it permissible to drive without a seatbelt in a passenger car in any specific situation?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

As a general rule, seatbelt usage is mandatory for all vehicle occupants on any type of road. However, General Traffic Regulations allow for very specific exceptions. The correct answer is that the driver (and only the driver) may dispense with the seatbelt when performing reversing or parking maneuvers, as these actions require torso movements for better visibility that the seatbelt might restrict. The option regarding rear passengers on urban roads is incorrect; they must wear it at all times.
