In view of this sign prohibiting entry to motorcycles, is a moped allowed to enter?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The correct answer is yes. The vertical sign shown is R-104, indicating 'No entry for motorcycles'. It is crucial to distinguish between vehicle types according to traffic regulations: motorcycles are considered motor vehicles, while mopeds are not classified as such for this purpose. Therefore, the prohibition applies exclusively to motorcycles (with or without a sidecar). Mopeds are free to use this road unless the specific sign R-105 (No entry for mopeds) is present.
