Progressive: To avoid sudden jerks that could alter the vehicle's stability. A sudden turn at high speed (common in wide highway curves) can cause a loss of grip due to centrifugal force. The correct technique involves smoothly following the road layout without constant corrections (avoiding the 'sawing effect').
