Even when operating in an emergency capacity, who must drivers of priority vehicles always obey?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Drivers of priority vehicles (such as police, fire, or ambulances), when operating in an emergency service, may, under their sole responsibility, exempt themselves from complying with certain traffic rules and signals (such as speed limits or traffic lights), provided they do not endanger other users. However, there is an absolute exception: they must always obey the orders and signals of Law Enforcement Officers and the instructions of the Central Traffic Headquarters. The other options are incorrect because neither private drivers nor pedestrians have the authority to regulate traffic or give orders to emergency services.
