How must loading and unloading operations of people or goods be carried out according to regulations?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The general rule states that loading and unloading should be done, if possible, off the road. If it is necessary to do it on the road, stopping and parking regulations must be respected, ensuring no danger or serious disruption to traffic is caused. A crucial point is that it must be done from the side of the vehicle closest to the edge of the roadway (the sidewalk) to protect people from moving traffic. Furthermore, placing goods on the roadway, shoulder, or pedestrian zones is prohibited.
