According to traffic and road safety regulations, who is specifically considered a professional driver?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

A professional driver is considered to be a person who, holding the corresponding administrative authorization (valid driving license and, often, the Certificate of Professional Aptitude or CAP), has as their main work activity the driving of vehicles dedicated to the transport of goods or people. Why the other answers are incorrect: One year of experience: This defines a driver who is no longer a novice (no longer needs the 'L' plate), but does not imply professional work status. License B and A2: Having multiple licenses only indicates the technical ability to drive different types of vehicles (cars and motorcycles), but does not define the professional use of them.
