Motorcycles are exempt from passing the Technical Vehicle Inspection (ITV) during their first four years of life. To know when this first inspection is due, we must consult the date of first registration that appears on the circulation permit. Once the first ITV is passed, subsequent inspections will be biennial, that is, every two years. For these successive inspections, the deadline can be consulted on the ITV card itself or on the inspection report.
