In which situations must drivers give way to animals?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

As a general rule, drivers have priority over animals. However, Traffic Regulations establish mandatory exceptions where animals have priority: 1) On duly marked cattle tracks (sign P-23 with 'Cañada' panel). 2) When turning to enter another road and animals are crossing it, even if there is no specific crossing for them. 3) When the vehicle crosses a hard shoulder where animals are traveling because they have no cattle track. The correct answer refers to the turning exception. The option 'only in marked paths' is incorrect because it excludes other valid situations, and 'always' is false due to the general rule.
