Unless there is a justified cause, below what speed is it forbidden to drive on a motorway or highway?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

As a general rule, on motorways and highways, it is forbidden to drive at a speed below 60 km/h. Doing so without a reason (such as a breakdown, traffic jams, or bad weather) is considered driving at an abnormally reduced speed, which hinders traffic and creates dangerous situations. Remember that vehicles unable to reach this speed on flat ground are prohibited from accessing these roads.
