Under what specific conditions may pedestrians occasionally traverse a cycle lane?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Although the cycle lane is a path specifically intended for bicycle traffic, there are exceptional situations of coexistence or necessity. Regulations state that pedestrians must walk in pedestrian areas (sidewalks), but if they need to encroach upon or cross the cycle lane, they may only do so if there is sufficient space and they do not create dangerous situations or hinder cyclists. The option 'At any time' is incorrect because pedestrians do not have priority or free rein on lanes reserved for vehicles, and 'Never' is incorrect because it ignores logical exceptions (such as a lack of sidewalks or transverse crossings).
