Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The correct answer is: Yes, and it also entails a loss of points. According to the Traffic and Road Safety Law, it is strictly forbidden to throw objects onto the road or its vicinity that could cause fires or accidents. Throwing a cigarette butt is an extremely dangerous action classified as a very serious offense. Important details: Loss of Points: With the reform of the Traffic Law (effective since March 2022), this offense entails the withdrawal of 6 points from the license (previously it was 4). Financial Penalty: It involves a fine of 500 euros. Therefore, the option stating it 'does not entail a loss of points' is incorrect, and the option denying it is an offense is false.
