What does the presence of the V-2 warning light (auto yellow rotary light) indicate on a vehicle?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The V-2 signal is an auto-yellow luminous device that must be visibly displayed by special vehicles, escort vehicles, and those performing services or work on the road (such as garbage collection or maintenance) to indicate their position. This light warns other road users of the presence of a vehicle moving at a reduced speed or constituting an obstacle on the roadway. It should not be confused with the V-1 signal (blue), which is reserved for priority vehicles in emergency service, nor is it limited solely to vehicles with excess width.
