If your vehicle has been immobilized because you tested positive in an alcohol breathalyzer test, when can you resume driving it?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Immobilization is a preventive measure to ensure road safety. For the immobilized driver to drive again, the cause of the immobilization must disappear. This means they must undergo a new breathalyzer test (after a reasonable time) and the result must be lower than the maximum permitted level. The agent leaving does not authorize driving if you are still under the influence of alcohol. Although another driver could take charge of the car, the question refers to when you will be able to do so.
