Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Traffic regulations state that novice drivers must display the V-13 signal (the white “L” on a green background) during the first year of their first license. In cars, this plate must be placed in a visible location on the rear left side of the vehicle. It is typically placed on the rear window, on the left side. The reason is that, when driving on the right, the left side is the most visible to vehicles approaching from behind and intending to overtake, warning them of the driver's inexperience.
