According to General Traffic Regulations, warning triangles must be placed on the edge of the roadway or on the shoulder, always on the right side relative to your direction of travel. They must be placed vertically, at a minimum distance of 50 meters from the vehicle, and positioned so they are visible from at least 100 meters away by approaching drivers. Placing it in the center of the road would be extremely dangerous and would obstruct traffic.
