Who is obliged to respect and obey traffic signals?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The correct answer is all road users. General Traffic Regulations establish that the responsibility to comply with traffic signals does not rest exclusively on motor vehicle drivers, but on anyone using the public road. This includes: Drivers of any type of vehicle (including bicycles). Pedestrians, who must respect traffic lights and designated crossings. Animal handlers. Options limiting the obligation 'only to drivers' or 'only to pedestrians' are incorrect because road safety is a shared system where all actors must follow the same rules to prevent accidents.
