When riding at night or in conditions of poor visibility, is a bicycle allowed to tow a trailer?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The correct answer is no, it is only allowed during the day. According to the General Traffic Regulations, bicycles, cycles, and motorcycles may tow a trailer provided three conditions are met simultaneously: 1) It must be done during daylight hours and with good visibility. 2) The trailer's weight must not exceed 50% of the towing vehicle's unladen mass. 3) Speed must be reduced by 10% relative to the general speed limit of the road. Therefore, towing at night is strictly prohibited for safety reasons, even if the trailer has lights.
