Which driving license is sufficient to operate an ambulance with a Maximum Authorized Mass (MAM) of up to 3,500 kg?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

The correct answer is License B. Under current Spanish regulations (following the abolition of the old BTP license), a holder of a Class B license is authorized to drive automobiles, including priority vehicles such as ambulances, provided their Maximum Authorized Mass (MAM) does not exceed 3,500 kg and they do not transport more than 9 people including the driver. License D would be required if the vehicle had more than 9 seats (bus), and License A is exclusively for motorcycles, making it irrelevant for this type of vehicle.
