The correct answer is 40 km/h. According to General Traffic Regulations, there are three speed limits for special vehicles (such as tractors or construction machinery): 40 km/h: This is the general rule for any special vehicle. 25 km/h: If the vehicle lacks brake lights, is towing a trailer, or is a walking tractor (motocultor). 70 km/h: If the special vehicle is capable of reaching speeds over 60 km/h on flat ground. Therefore, when asking for the general rule, the correct figure is 40 km/h.
