On a traffic light reserved for buses and trams, what does the illuminated horizontal white bar on a black background indicate?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

This signal applies to trams and regular bus lines, as well as other vehicles (like taxis) if they are driving in a lane reserved for them. The illuminated horizontal white bar on a black background prohibits passage and has the same legal meaning as a fixed red light on a standard traffic light. Therefore, drivers of these vehicles must come to a complete stop, without crossing the traffic light or stop line, until the signal changes (for example, to a vertical or oblique bar).
