According to General Traffic Regulations, vehicles for people with reduced mobility must drive on the shoulder to their right if it is passable and sufficient, provided there is no dedicated path for them. If the shoulder is not usable, they must use the indispensable part of the roadway.  It is important to remember: They are prohibited from driving on highways and motorways (as they cannot reach the minimum required speed of 60 km/h on flat ground). Driving in the center of the lane is dangerous and obstructs traffic. They must always ensure they are clearly visible to other road users.
