According to current regulations, who is exempt from using a seat belt under certain circumstances?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

As a general rule, seat belt use is mandatory. However, specific exceptions exist within Traffic Regulations. Drivers and passengers of emergency vehicles (such as ambulances, police, or firefighters) are exempt from wearing seat belts, but only when they are performing an urgent service. Drivers of cargo vehicles or public transport are generally required to wear them, barring very specific exceptions on urban roads (like taxi drivers on duty or delivery drivers making frequent stops), but they do not possess a blanket exemption like emergency services do.
