What document must a special vehicle carry if it exceeds the established mass or dimension limits?

Question

DentroTest · Accepted Answer

Special vehicles (such as agricultural or construction machinery) are subject to general weight and size limits. If the vehicle exceeds these limits established in the General Vehicle Regulations, it is considered to be operating under a special transport regime. To legally circulate under these conditions, it is mandatory to obtain and carry a Special Authorization (also called Complementary Circulation Authorization) issued by the Traffic Authority. This authorization sets safety conditions, the route, and permitted schedules. The 'Green Card' is an international insurance document, and the 'Technical Card' is mandatory for all vehicles but does not in itself authorize excess dimensions.
